We are reading the play Rhinoceros by Eugène Ionesco, which talks about sudden transformation and how ordinary life can be disrupted by something strange and powerful. The story shows how an unusual presence like a rhinoceros can completely change the way people experience their everyday surroundings.
As part of the exercise, we have to imagine a rhinoceros entering a space familiar to us, such as a classroom, street, canteen, or home. Through sketches, we will try to capture how this unexpected presence would transform a normal space, highlighting the contrast between the ordinary and the absurd.
